What is Stretch-n-Grow?
Stretch-n-Grow is a youth fitness, nutrition and wellness program for preschools, schools, child care centers, before/after care programs, recreation centers...wherever the health and well-being of children is a priority.
Components of Fitness (strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, agility, coordination).
Fundamental Motor Skills (locomotor, nonlocomotor, manipulative, weight maneuvers).

Nutrition/Wellness discussions center on the 5 points of the SNG Star- Exercise, Nutrition, Rest, Healthy Attitude, Hygiene. Kids also learn basic anatomy.
Schools/Parents receive "Every Body's Educated" weekly handouts and newsletters.
Experts recommend that kids get up to 60 minutes of STRUCTURED physical activity daily. Stretch-n-Grow helps kids establish healthy habits and to develop positive attitudes towards health and fitness.
