Stretch-n-Grow - Michigan
The Premier Physical Education Program for Kids

"Leave the afternoon for exercise and recreation, which are as necessary as reading."
  ~ Thomas Jefferson
Did you know:

    • 85% of kindergartners fail a basic physical education test.
    • Children who fail to master their fundamental motor skills by the age of 6 may never realize their full potential to perform them.
The statistics above indicate that while we are teaching our children their ABCs in preschool, we are failing to provide them with adequate physical education.  In this era of convenience foods and sedentary lifestyles, the need for structured physical activity has never been more crucial.

    Stretch-n-Grow
teaches children of all ages the importance of physical fitness, nutrition and wellness and helps to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.   Stretch-n-Grow's effective curriculum can also help give kids an athletic advantage as it provides aerobic and muscle conditioning-- all while having fun!

    Stretch-n-Grow
joins programs like Michele Obama's "Let's Move" Campaign and the NFL Play 60 program in promoting the need for early childhood fitness education.
